I have been asked by many people, how to use coupons effectively. I decided the easiest way to do so, is to create a blog, so that each day when I go shopping, I can blog about what coupons, and what stores I went to. I hope I help others save tons of money. I will start with the basics.
First, contact your local newspaper company and subscribe. Many of the companies will give you a discount if you want multiple Sunday papers. If not, go to www.pinchingyourpennies.com and create an account( This is free) and they may or may not offer a discount for multiple papers in your area. I know in AZ they do offer a discount. Right now, I get 6 newspapers every Sunday. This is the key to coupons. You will want to have many coupons for one item when a store is paying you to take it, free or almost free. Tomorrow, I will tell you how to organize your coupons. After all, what good will those coupons be if you don't know what you have when you are shopping!
